지우네소프트(jiwoonesoft, 이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관계 법령을 준수하며, 내닉ai(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 내닉ai에 적용됩니다.

수집 방법: 소셜 로그인 및 서비스 이용 시 앱과 서비스 내 서드파티 SDK를 통해 수집됩니다.
안내: 닉네임 생성을 위해 입력한 텍스트는 AI 처리를 위해 OpenAI에 전송됩니다. 입력란에 성명, 연락처 등 개인정보를 입력하지 않도록 주의해 주세요. 회사는 민감정보(사상·신념, 정치적 견해, 건강 등)를 수집하지 않습니다.
서비스는 이용자의 위치정보를 직접 수집하지 않으며, 기기의 정밀 위치(GPS)에 접근하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 SDK(Google AdMob)가 IP 주소에 기반한 대략적인 위치를 광고 제공 목적으로 활용할 수 있습니다.
회사는 이용자가 계정 삭제를 요청하거나 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 아래 기간 동안 보관합니다.

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우, 법령의 규정에 의한 경우, 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 가공하여 통계·연구 목적으로 제공하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
서비스는 아래 서드파티 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 관련 정보가 해당 사업자에게 전송·처리될 수 있습니다. 각 사업자는 국외(미국)에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제(탈퇴): jiwoonesoft@gmail.com으로 계정 삭제를 요청하시면 회사는 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 계정 및 관련 개인정보를 삭제합니다(법령상 보존 의무가 있는 정보 제외).
맞춤형 광고는 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자 재설정 또는 추적 제한을 통해 거부할 수 있습니다.
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실이 확인되는 경우 회사는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 보호자께서는 관련 사실을 발견하시면 위 연락처로 알려주시기 바랍니다.
기타 개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담이 필요한 경우 아래 기관에 문의할 수 있습니다.
본 방침은 2026-08-06부터 시행됩니다. 방침이 변경되는 경우 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.
Jiwoonesoft (the "Company") complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, and establishes and discloses this privacy policy to safely protect the personal information of users of NaeNick AI (the "Service").
This policy applies to the mobile application NaeNick AI provided by the Company.

Collection method: collected through social sign-in and through the app and third-party SDKs while using the Service.
Note: Text you enter for nickname generation is transmitted to OpenAI for AI processing. Please do not enter personal information such as names or contact details. The Company does not collect sensitive information (beliefs, political views, health, etc.).
The Service does not directly collect your location information and does not access your device's precise location (GPS). However, the advertising SDK (Google AdMob) may use an approximate location based on your IP address for the purpose of serving ads.
The Company destroys information without delay when a user requests account deletion or when the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. Information stored as electronic files is deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible. However, where retention is required by applicable laws, the information is kept for the periods below.

The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to external parties, except when the user has given prior consent, when required by law, or when the information is processed into a form that cannot identify a specific individual for statistical or research purposes.

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information.
Account deletion: Send a request to jiwoonesoft@gmail.com. After verifying your identity, the Company will delete your account and related personal information without delay (except for information the Company is legally required to retain).
You can opt out of personalized advertising by resetting your advertising identifier or limiting ad tracking in your device settings.
The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 years of age and does not accept sign-ups from children under 14. If the Company discovers that personal information of a child under 14 has been collected, it will destroy that information without delay. Parents or guardians who become aware of such collection are asked to contact us at the address above.
